Founder's Story

My name is Jiajia, and for over a decade, my life's passion has been helping people heal. My journey has taken me from the traditional halls of Ashtanga in India to the precise science of spinal rehabilitation, from guiding new mothers through postpartum recovery to the deep wisdom of Ayurvedic therapy.

In over 10,000 hours of private therapeutic sessions, I saw a common thread: so many of us are living with pain, stress, or a feeling of being 'stuck' because we've become disconnected from our body's innate intelligence.

Our Philosophy

This is why Qi Flow is different. We believe that true healing happens when ancient wisdom meets modern understanding. Yoga isn't just about forcing your body into a pose; it's about listening to it.

We don't just focus on movement. We focus on unblocking your energy (your Qi). We combine precise alignment, intentional breathwork, and evidence-based therapy to gently release the tension, calm the nervous system, and restore your natural flow.

Every session in this app is crafted with the same care and expertise I would give to a private client.
